How to use it
A content audit gives you an inventory of everything that exists, plus a judgment on whether each piece still earns its place. It’s the fastest way to find redundant, outdated, or orphaned content before a redesign.
Add one row per page or asset. Pull URLs from your sitemap, analytics, or content system. Judge quality against the page’s purpose, not perfection: 1 is remove on sight, 5 is best in class. Then choose what happens to it: keep it, update it, merge it with another page, or remove it.
Don’t try to do the whole site in one sitting. Audit one section at a time, and be ruthless. Most sites carry far more pages than anyone reads.
